Privacy, Confidentiality, & Information Security Agreement (PCISA)

All UW Medicine workforce members are required to review, acknowledge understanding of and agree to abide by the conditions of the UW Medicine PCISA and its stated privacy and information security responsibilities at initial hire and at each evaluation. Guiding policy: COMP.002: UW Medicine Compliance Training and Outreach.
