Leadership Without Borders Conference 2025 – Registration Now Open

We’re thrilled to invite you to the bi-annual Leadership Without Borders Conference on November 14, 2025, at the University of Washington–Seattle.

This year’s theme, “Rooted in Resistance, Rising for Justice: Voices in a Changing Landscape,” celebrates the resilience, strength, and self-determination of historically underserved communities. Together, we’ll explore the tools, resources, and collective power that help us continue to rise, thrive, and pursue justice.

The conference is a gathering place for students, educators, advocates, and community members from across Washington. It’s more than just a conference—it’s a space to share stories, honor lived experiences, and imagine new possibilities when we rise together.

We’re proud to continue this tradition in partnership with the University of Washington and other higher education institutions, community organizations and other stakeholders, reaffirming our shared commitment to uplifting historically marginalized communities and advancing equity in education.

If you’re a student and would like to attend but cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we have a limited number of scholarship waivers available. Just email us, and we’ll be happy to support you.

Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as clear and supportive as possible:

  • Cancellations: If you cancel by Monday, November 10, 2025, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide refunds for cancellations received after November 10, 2025.
  • Substitutions: Can’t make it but want to send someone else in your place? No problem! Just let us know by email (ecclwb@uw.edu) before November 10, 2025.
  • Partial Attendance: We’re not able to offer partial registration rates.
  • No Shows: If you register but can’t attend, we’ll need to charge the full conference fee.
