Free. Open from dawn to dusk. "Color Storm," an exhilarating yarn bombing event is set to inject color & creativity throughout the landscape. Yarn bombing, the art of adorning public spaces with knitted or crocheted yarn creations, will cover tree trunks  & yarn pom poms will hang from limbs. After the event all yarns will be recycled.
