Work Study Student Position Available: BRaIN Lab

The department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology is offering an exciting opportunity for students to work with their team!

Under general direction of program operations manager assist in the day to day administration, supply chain, and logistical operations of the UW Biorepository and Integrated Neuropathology (BRaIN) Lab. Duties can include: purchasing and inventory; billing, invoicing, & budget reconciliation; shipping bio-specimens throughout the country. Assist as needed in the oversight of tissue repository inventories. Help develop documentation materials and guidelines. Assist with data collection and clean-up. Gather, record, organize, transcribe, and verify accuracy of research study data using Excel, Word, and REDCap. May collect baseline and follow-up participant data by telephone and electronic survey.
