Columbia Access Neuroscience (C.A.N.)

A program hosted by Columbia University to increase participation of students from underrepresented groups in Neuroscience research. This two-day (fully-funded) program offers information – among others – on how to compose a competitive application, how to navigate graduate school interviews, about life as a PhD student, and learn about the latest neuroscience research to highly motivated candidates. Participating CAN students will also be able to network with faculty and current graduate students, and will have the option to enroll in the CAN-buddy program to receive continued guidance on how to improve their graduate school candidacy or on preparing their application package. We would be grateful if you could bring this opportunity to the attention of the students in your EOP program, by sharing the attached flyer and by encouraging them to apply.
