Interested in Careers Abroad and/or Working for the Federal Government?

New in Fall 2023, the UW is home to a U.S. Department of State Diplomat in Residence.  Dara Yin is a Foreign Service Officer who provides guidance and advice on careers, paid internships, and fellowships to students at UW and beyond.  He is available to answer questions and share insight with those interested in learning about the professional and personal experience of representing America.  He’s housed within the Career & Internship Center and can meet with you in-person or virtually.  Learn more by visiting https://careers.uw.edu/diplomat-in-residence/ or emailing DIRNorthwest@state.gov.
