Ian

Ian is a senior studying Molecular Biology and English. He has held a variety of writing, research, and education roles throughout his time at UW—including being a science writing intern for the U.S. Department of Energy, a production manager for Grey Matters, a management consultant for the UW Consulting Association, and a pre-K to 5^th grade afterschool teacher for his local childcare centers. Ian is passionate about sharing his love the sciences through writing and media and can be seen reading and working on the newest popular science stories. He hopes to help writers feel at ease with any and all writing-related tasks, and he also hopes to learn more through the writers he works with about the different ideas in their fields. In his free time, Ian enjoys travel, new food experiences, music, sports, and card games.
