CPI Learning Sessions

The Clinical Practice Innovator (CPI) training program worked to educate clinicians to lead and execute Care Transformation through active participation in care/quality improvement projects and learning sessions. More than 70 care transformation and standardization initiatives were  submitted, created and/or implemented through the CMO’s office — in partnership with the CHSO’s office — by participants of the CPI program.
