Jumpstart Story Time!

The Jumpstart Volunteer Coordinators are holding bi-weekly story time readings at the Haring Center Preschool (EEU behind Health Sciences). This week is our third reading, and we would love a few extra volunteers to participate!

The reading event will be held on Thursday, from 10:30am-11:20am. During this time, you or your friends will be assisting a Jumpstart member with reading and art activities. It’s simple/easy, and you get hands on experience working with a diverse group of preschool children!

This event is a one time commitment event but will be going on every other Thursday so if you cannot make it to this one, you are more than welcome to come to our next reading on March 12th.

If you, or anyone you know, are willing to volunteer from 10:30am-11:20 this Thursday, PLEASE email me ASAP at  jstartvc@uw.edu, and I can get you signed up! We currently need 4 volunteers for this event. The faster you apply, the better chances you have at getting a spot! Also, you will receive a free Jumpstart t-shirt!!
