    Past PacTrans Region 10 Student of the Year Named 2018 Traffic Safety Scholar

    Oregon State University graduate student, Masoud Ghodrat Abadi, who was award the Michael Kyte Region 10 Outstanding Student of the Year Award in 2016, has been named a 2018 Traffic Safety Scholar and awarded a $1,000 scholarship to attend the 37th annual National Lifesavers Conference on Highway Safety Priorities, in San Antonio, Texas.
