OSU student wins Graduate Student of the Year from ORITE and ITE Western District
OSU graduate student and a PacTrans UTC Student of the Year Award winner, Kayla Fleskes, was recently selected to receive the Graduate Student of the Year Award from both the Oregon Institute of Transportation Engineers (ORITE) and ITE Western District.
