New(er) Staff Person

Kathy Mack joined the School of Art (SoA) in March as our new Constituencies Relations Officer. Kathy has a degree in art history from the SoA and comes to us from the UW Foster School of Business, where she spent three years working with the advisory board and donors. Prior to that, she held positions at KCTS, Seattle, and the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis.

Constituencies refer to any individuals or groups who have a connection to the university and the SoA: donors, alumni, friends. Kathy’s responsibilities include connecting with and growing relationships with these SoA communities. She will also be working with the SoA board to further the mission of the school, and she will be coordinating all SoA events, both on and off campus.
