If you didn't know, there are Upward Bound programs all across the country. They are associated with major colleges and major cities. This page consists of several hot spots that are popular to upward bounders. A hot spot that is very popular are the Hawaiian Islands. To the right is a picture of a park in Hilo Bayfront. The Washington Upward Bound program is situated in Seattle. Seattle is the home of the; Space Needle, Mariners, Cleveland High "eagles", Nathan High "raiders" and the University of Washington. As natives of this beautiful city in the northwest we have several places, restaurants, beaches, and hidden get-aways for you to encounter on your vacation into the pages of the Upward Bounders summer of 1995.
