Updates to Enrollment Confirmation System (ECS)

Effective Autumn 2020, the University Registrar’s Enrollment Confirmation System (ECS) student portal has been updated to allow graduate students to pay their Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) in their graduate school applications through UW Census Day (the 2nd Friday of each quarter).
Updates: 

• Previously, the ECS student portal closed the day before the first day of the quarter. Now students can access the ECS portal in their graduate school applications through UW Census Day (October 9th for Autumn 2020).
• Previously, students who wanted to pay the ECD after the start of the quarter would confirm enrollment by going in person to Schmitz Hall to pay their ECD. With this update, students confirming enrollment should not go in person to pay their ECD and should not mail ECD checks to Schmitz Hall.
