Committee Approval Forms: Master’s and Doctoral Students

In March 2020, the Graduate School updated the committee approval process for both Master’s Thesis and Doctoral Students: Electronic Doctoral Dissertation Approval: Final Exams scheduled after March 3, 2020 include a link for Reading Committee Members to approve the dissertation online. Two-Week Extension for Spring 2020 ETD Submission

The Graduate School is allowing a two-week extension for Spring 2020 for the submission of electronic theses/dissertations (ETDs). TOEFL MyBest Scores Update

We have important updates for you regarding the TOEFL test to demonstrate English proficiency:   The UW Student Database (SDB) and MyGradProgram (MGP) now show a new test type called “TOEFL MyBest.”  These are the highest section scores from all valid TOEFL test dates.  The total score for MyBest displays as “TOEFLB”; the total score for TOEFLibt displays as TOEFLI.
