New Payment Deadline for Graduate On-Leave Status

GEMS is happy to announce a change to the student payment deadline for Graduate On-Leave Status. Effective Spring Quarter 2021, the deadline for graduate students to submit On-Leave payment will be the last day of the quarter. For Spring 2021, the deadline is Friday, June 11. The Dates and Deadlines web page has been updated to reflect this change.

As a reminder, please frequently check MyGrad for student leave requests requiring department approval. Students can only submit payment after their leave request has been approved. Thank you for helping us support your students in maintaining their graduate student status.
