The Graduation Celebration Committee and Filipino American Student Association along with its partners is proud to announce Filipino Graduation Celebration! We are excited to recognize the accomplishments of UW graduates with their family, friends, and community.

Join us in honoring our accomplishments at the University of Washington along with your family and friends. The graduation celebration includes Serape stole, music, student and keynote speakers and a slideshow. Registration is closed!
About the Filipino Graduation Celebration
The Filipino Graduation Celebration is developed and created by students with support from FASA sa UW – The Filipino American Student Association of UW, the Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity, and other campus partners.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
This year it will be held on Wednesday, June 10.
Any UW student (undergraduate or graduate/doctoral candidate) completing a degree in Spring 2026, Summer 2026 or Fall 2026. Students must register to participate in order to be formally recognized and provided with any participatory benefits including the Fil-Am stole.
Guests are encouraged to park in Central Garage, visit here for more visitor parking information.
Check-in time will begin approximately 30 minutes before the event. More information will be provided to those who are registered to participate.
Participation is FREE, for graduating students and their families, but there is limited seating so sign up as soon as possible.
Registration opens soon and will close as soon as we reach capacity. Check back for the link!

The celebration gift is from the graduation celebration committee to the participating students who have registered for the 2025 Filipino Graduation Celebration. You must be present at the celebration to receive the gift.
We have limited seating, therefore we encourage you to register as soon as possible. We will keep a waiting list if needed.
The celebration is planned by a committee made up of members and officers from FASA sa UW (The Filipino American Student Association of UW) along with faculty and staff.
