This position provides crucial support for the professional staff by assisting with the coordination of daily operations of the Kelly ECC facility during specified working hours.
This position provides support for events that occur within the Kelly ECC. Duties include customer service support, coordination of event service equipment, and the setup and cleaning of event spaces.
This position supports daily operations, programming, and strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the LWB Program Manager and Kelly ECC staff.
This position will be part of the Kelly ECC reservations team and will provide crucial support in the reservations process. Some duties include customer service support, processing reservations, scheduling events, and managing budgets and finances.
This position provides customer service, meets and greets all incoming guests. Provides guests with A/V equipment and supplies.
This position assists with the programmatic, logistical, organizational, and operations components of the student
leadership team programs and events.
This position provides crucial support for the Operations team by coordinating the
daily operations of the Kelly ECC facility during specified working hours.
This position assists with reservations coordination and preparation of the theatre for events.
This position is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of an event and will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of Kelly ECC and Theater facilities and operations in order to communicate with and assist renters, performers and visitors interested in Kelly ECC resources, facilities and theatrical/event capabilities.
This position assists with the programmatic, logistical, organizational, and operational components of the student leadership team programs and events.
