The Keck Center has just received funding from the UW Student Technology Fee to upgrade the Leica SP8X confocal microscope system. Upgrades will include faster scan head electronics, and powerful new computer workstation, and Leica’s Lightning deconvolution software for producing Super-Resolution confocal images. The Keck Center Manager will announce when these upgrades are installed and available to Keck Center users.
