One testimony from Xue Jia-Lin stated that the Japanese soldiers forced him to lend them so called “Flower Girls.” Xue Jia-Lin refused to do such a thing, and it is alleged the Japanese soldiers then cut off his lips and tongue.

Another story from Ma Xiu-yi relayed how her family had died. She claimed that her cousin was 7 months pregnant but was then raped and killed. Ma Xiu-yi was at that time 11, and dressed up as a boy because she didn’t want to get raped. She claims she was still harassed because she was slapped by a soldier 70 times which made her cheeks bleed.
