50th Anniversary Time Capsule
Time capsules store special present-day items such as photos, letters, newspaper clippings, and other small trinkets to be hidden away until a later date. To commemorate and conclude the 50th year of service and leadership, the Kelly ECC created our own community time capsule. Items were collected and voted on by the community of staff and students. The 50th anniversary time capsule will be stored at the ECC to be opened in 2071 during our 100th anniversary. The contents reflect and share memories from the ECC’s 50th anniversary year.
Below are the items the community decided would best capture the student community, how the ECC came to be, and the COVID-19 pandemic which posed unique challenges for many.
