PEARLS Featured in School of Public Health Magazine

School of Public Health Magazine Cover (Fall 2019 edition)

The UW School of Public Health began publishing a bi-annual magazine about the school’s impact, community partnerships, and role in the university-wide Population Health Initiative.

In its inaugural issue, the magazine featured a story on the history and upcoming research around the Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives (PEARLS). HPRC co-developed the program with Aging and Disability Services of Seattle and King County in the late 1990s.
