In collaboration with communities and partner organizations, the University of Washington Health Promotion Research Center (UW HPRC) develops and tests nationally recognized programs, tools, and guides for health improvement.
Programs
We work with community-based organization to develop evidence-based programs that can be managed by community organizations and promoted as independent products. Oftentimes, we continue to provide technical assistance for and evaluation of these programs, as well as projects that study new audiences and/or applications of the programs.

Tools & Guides
Researchers at the UW Health Promotion Research Center develop tools and guides in collaboration with community partners and regional or national networks to help improve community health. Some of these tools and guides are created to support specific evidence-based programs.
