Badging Office location
NW Campus Public Safety office is located near the Checkers Cafe in B-120 on the Main Northwest Campus. The public Safety office is open Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 2:15 PM. Paid parking is available for $10/day or $75/month. The public safety office can assist with parking permits.

Site Onboarding Tasks
No less than six weeks prior to the start of the rotation, please contact the NW Medical Staff Office for credentialing instructions. The Medical Staff Office only handles student credentialing. Please direct any other questions pertaining to your rotation to the Program Administrator.
