Chester Li (Zhuofu Li) is an Astronomy and Astrobiology Dual-Title Ph.D. student at the University of Washington. In 2022, he graduated from UCLA with the Highest Honors in Astrophysics and Geophysics, as well as the title of Salutatorian of the Department of Earth, Planetary, and Space Sciences.
His past research topics include star formation, low surface brightness structures of galaxies, search for extraterrestrial intelligence, cataclysmic variables, telescope operation, and data processing.
He is now studying Trojan asteroids around Jupiter using data from the Zwicky Transient Facility.
