So You’re Interested In Astrobiology?

Congratulations! Whether you are interested in the origin of life or the exploration of space, astrobiology is full of opportunities. Students of all ages and experience levels can find something within astrobiology to tempt and satisfy their curiosity – tiny molecules, giant planets, single-cell life forms, galaxies with hundreds of billions of stars…. The possibilities are endless!

To help you get started (and keep going!) in your exploration of astrobiology, we have collected the following links and resources. These materials are loosely organized by target audience, but don’t be shy about exploring all the options. There’s always something new and exciting to learn at any level.

If you would like more information about astrobiology or would be interested in having a UW astrobiologists visit your classroom, scout troop, or other organization, contact the UWAB Education & Outreach team at: astrobio@uw.edu.
