Read a story about the Egyptian Pyramids to introduce the idea of the PKU Food Pyramid. Children learn about the PKU Food Pyramid and make their own personal food pyramid.

Aim For Healthy Choices
Learn about the PKU Food Bull's Eye. The bull's eye is an easy way to visualize the foods included in a healthy PKU food pattern. Children complete an activity to become familiar with where different foods fit within the bull's eye.

PKU Tic-Tac-Toe
Children test their knowledge of PKU while playing a game of Tic-Tac-Toe.
