Dr. Eliah Overby, who completed her dual title PhD in genome sciences and astrobiology at UW, has recently accepted an offer to become a professor of bioastronautics at the University of Austin, TX. There, she aims to build a new program to prepare students with a variety of different backgrounds and skillsets to enter the commercial space sector. Congratulations Prof. Overby!
