Managing Performance Problems: A Positive Approach
Corrective Action is a formal process that enables managers to resolve serious performance problems while maintaining a healthy and productive workforce. During this one day course, participants will build their confidence and skills in conducting Corrective Action processes and meetings.
Topics addressed include:
- The formal corrective action process
- How to make corrective action a positive, developmental process
- The 7 Elements of “Just Cause” used to justify taking corrective action
- Guidelines & strategies used to ensure that practices are fair and legal
- Conducting corrective action conversations
- Resources to assist in your Corrective Action practices
