UW Medicine Service Excellence

UW Medicine Service Excellence is an introductory workshop that will enhance your customer service.

During the UW Medicine Service Excellence workshop* participants will:

• Identify elements of outstanding customer service.
• Learn a variety of tools to enhance service excellence. Practice applying them to daily work interactions with patients, families and colleagues.
• Understand the importance of listening and taking action for service recovery.
• Solidify a commitment to providing outstanding service to every patient and every colleague, every time.
