PLAN A VISIT WITH THE KELLY ECC
The Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center (ECC) invites current and prospective UW community members, campus partners, and academic/educational community organizations to learn more about the programming that goes on in our spaces.
Due to scheduling needs, we ask that interested parties complete our form (linked below) at least 2 weeks in advance from the requested session. Please note that we are able to accommodate a maximum of up to 60 people per visiting group. Our Center hours may vary depending on the time of year, but operate from 9am-9pm Mondays-Fridays during academic quarters. Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to follow up with your visitation request.
VISITATION OPTIONS
- Information Session: A 30-minute interactive presentation where visitors learn about the foundations and rich history of the Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center within the Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity (OMA&D) at the University of Washington. We also provide an in-depth overview of Kelly ECC programming & resources, and offer participants the opportunity to explore our community spaces.
- Independent Tour: Starting January 2026, the Kelly ECC offers an independent option for those who would like to explore the Center at their own pace. After checking in with our Welcome Desk, those opting for an Independent Tour will be able to explore our space at their own pace by following a visual, printed guide.
- Guided Tour: During standard hours of operation, we may also be able to provide guided tours with advance notice. For smaller groups and individuals who want a more in-depth and personalized experience, or for those who may need to tour with certain accommodations.
