Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center provides programs and a learning environment where students and student organizations collaborate, develop, and implement programs while building leadership and organizational skills.

Student Positions at the Ethnic Cultural Center

Building Coordinator

This position provides crucial support for the professional staff by assisting with the coordination of daily operations of the Kelly ECC facility during specified working hours.

Event Services Assistant

This position provides support for events that occur within the Kelly ECC.  Duties include customer service support, coordination of event service equipment, and the setup and cleaning of event spaces.

Graphic Designer

This position provides graphic design support to Kelly ECC staff with hard and soft copy products, including web sites, posters, brochures and etc.

Program Assistant

This position is in charge of supporting full time staff with administrative tasks, planning, and budgeting.

Reservations Assistant

This position will be part of the Kelly ECC reservations team and will provide crucial support in the reservations process.  Some duties include customer service support, processing reservations, scheduling events, and managing budgets and finances.

This position provides customer service, meets and greets all incoming guests. Provides guests with A/V equipment and supplies.

This position is responsible for the overall support of technology and web-based and social media promotions for the Kelly ECC.

Student Positions at the Ethnic Cultural Theatre

Theatre Coordinator

This position will become the intermediary between the reservations office and theatre, assisting with reservations coordination and preparation of the theatre for events and operations.

Theatre Technician

Theatre technicians are responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of an event and will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the Kelly ECC and Theatre facilities and operations.
