Most biological systems and biological experiments are inherently complex. To help students understand multi-component networks and procedures, we recommend Teranode software, which presents experimental protocols and mathematical models in a compact, content-rich, user-friendly format.
The files below represent four assignments that our students have completed with the assistance of the Teranode Design Suite. The "Assignment" files are Microsoft Word documents that introduce each assignment; the "Model" files are in Teranode format and may be opened with the free Teranode Design Suite Starter Edition and Model Reader. The .zip files should not be unzipped prior to use but rather should be opened from within the Teranode Design Suite by selecting File => Open Workspace and choosing the appropriate file.
