Aaron Brewer (PhD in Earth & Space Sciences and Astrobiology) finished his dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Fang-Zhen Teng in ESS and Dr. Yongqin Jiao at LLNL earlier this year and he is now starting a postdoctoral position in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel.
Aaron is supported by the The Zuckerman STEM Leadership Postdoctoral Fellowship and will mainly work with Prof. Brian Berkowitz to investigate REE adsorption by detrital plant biomass to elucidate how REE pollutants are transported in soils.
