UWAB Alum, Tyler Robinson (PhD Astronomy & Astrobiology, 2012) was recently named as one of the 25 recipients of the 2021 Cottrell Scholar Award!
The Cottrell Scholar awards are issued by the Research Corporation for Science Advancement to teacher-scholars in the fields of chemistry, physics, and astronomy and each award provides $100,000 in funding!
Ty’s project for this award is titled: “Understanding the True Utility of Prior Mass Constraints in Characterizing Exoplanet Atmospheres and Diversifying STEM”
