Recent UWAB Graduate, Brett Morris (PhD Astronomy & Astrobiology, 2019) was just announced as the winner of the UW Graduate School’s Distinguished Dissertation Award for the Math, Physical Sciences & Engineering category! Brett’s dissertation is titled ‘The Effects of Stellar Magnetic Activity and Variability on Observations of Exoplanets”.
