Showering is such a bore.
It takes so long, and then it takes even longer to get yourself ready afterwards.
Why do people shower so much?
I probably smell fine, and I haven’t showered since Monday.
It’s overrated.
It’s wasteful.
It’s too much effort.
And then you have to clean the shower. Why do I have to clean something I clean myself in?
It’s better if I just use it less. Then I have to clean it less. Logic.
In India I didn’t shower.
In India I used a bucket to dump water on my head sometimes.
In India it was ok to have greasy hair and oily skin.
America has impossible standards for personal hygiene.
