Martial Arts

The term "Martial Arts" is considered to be defined by a form of discipline or self-defense. It can either be used for controlling a combative situation, or manually manipulating "ch'i" in variety of ways. It can relieve stress, provide comfort, provide a source of exercise, or even focus energy to a certain point of the body to exert energy. Its combination and relativity to the philosophy of the Shaolin has created an infinite bond amongst the two.
