For current students, please fill out a Request for Services (RFS) for each quarter you want academic accommodations. These are due one week after priority registration begins. You may email, fax or drop off the completed form to the DRS office. NOTE: Starting for Winter 2014 course requests will be made through the myDRS system and will replace the current paper RFS.
Meeting with Your Counselor
After the Access Planning Meeting, students may need to meet with their counselor again to discuss complex accommodations, evaluate current accommodations, establish additional accommodations, the transition to graduate programs, etc. Follow up appointments are welcome and can be scheduled through the counselor’s email or the main DRS email and phone number.
DRS Counselor drop in hours
Prospective or current students will have the opportunity to speak with a DRS counselor without an appointment during the Counselor on Duty (COD) hours. COD hours are designed for questions that can be addressed in 15 minutes or less. If the question is complex, a full-hour appointment might be needed and will be scheduled for another day. Current COD hours are:
Mon, Wed & Fri, 1-2 pm & Tue & Thur, 11-12 pm
