Requesting Services
For current students, please fill out a Request for Services (RFS) for each quarter you want academic accommodations. These are due one week after priority registration begins. You may email, fax or drop off the completed form to the DRS office.
Meeting with Your Counselor
After the Access Planning Meeting, students may need to meet with their counselor again to discuss complex accommodations, evaluate current accommodations, establish additional accommodations, the transition to graduate programs, etc… Follow up appointments are welcome and can be scheduled through the counselor’s email or the main DRS email and phone number.
