Our clinic is located in the IHDD building (Institute on Human Development and Disability) which is behind the main University of Washington Medical Center building.

Directions
From Interstate 5 (I-5)
- Take the NE 45th St exit
- Northbound: turn right onto NE 45th St
- Southbound: turn left onto NE 45th St
- Proceed on NE 45th St to 15th Ave NE (approximately 4 blocks)
- Turn Right onto 15th Ave NE (approximately 7 blocks)
- Use Left Lane on the NE Pacific St
- Turn Left onto NE Pacific Pl (following signs to Triangle Parking Garage)
- Turn Right into Triangle Parking garage.
- Take a ticket to pay for parking when you exit.
From Highway 520 (Westbound)
- Take Exit 100 onto Montlake Blvd NE
- Cross the Montlake Bridge
- Move to left lane
- Turn left onto NE Pacific St
- Turn Right on the NE Pacific Pl, following the signs to the Triangle Parking Garage
- Turn Right into Triangle Parking garage.
- Take a ticket to pay for parking when you exit.
Parking
Parking is NOT available in the S1 Parking area near the IHDD building at this time.
Please park in the Triangle Parking Garage
If you are being seen in the Neurology Clinic, take the Pacific Elevator to the 8th Floor. Sharp right (U-Turn) and down the hall to the Neurology clinic to check in.
If you are being seen in the IHDD building, take the Pacific Elevator to the 1st floor, go through the Plaza Cafe and exit the building. Go up the ramp into the building building across the street to check in.
