A care consultant from the Alzheimer's Association offers free 30-minute appointments between 10 am and 2 pm once a week (refer to calendar for dates). You can reserve an available time slot with the Memory Navigator on our booking page.

They will help you get connected with helpful memory loss resources and discover what may be available in your area to help you thrive.

You are welcome to call the Alzheimer's Association 24-Hour Helpline to speak for free to a Master's level social worker, any day or time. The number is 1-800-272-3900.
