Would you like to be a part of promoting the well-being of persons living with memory loss and their families? One way is to consider volunteering at the Memory & Brain Wellness Center. We offer a variety of volunteer roles:
- Program assistance (preparing supplies, supporting participants, co-leading programs)
- Open Position: Program Facilitator, Virtual Coffee Chat
- Social group for people with memory loss
- Open Position: Program Facilitator, Virtual Caregiver Forum
- Support group for family caregivers
- Open Position: Host/Program Assistant, Wellness Wednesdays
- Webinar series for people with memory loss and caregivers
- Open Position: Program Assistant, Arts & Nature Programming
- Programs for people with memory loss and caregivers
- Open Position: Program Facilitator, Ask About Alzheimer's
- Support group for youth
- Open Position: Program Facilitator, Virtual Coffee Chat
- Clinic support (preparing mailings, resource packets)
- Outreach (representing MBWC programs and services at community events)
- Advisory (providing feedback on programs and services)
- Volunteering at the Memory Hub: A Place for Dementia-Friendly Community, Collaboration, and Impact
- Other, based on your skills and interests
We are committed to building a dementia-friendly community and particularly welcome volunteers who live with memory loss.
