Would you like to be a part of promoting the well-being of persons living with memory loss and their families? One way is to consider volunteering at the Memory & Brain Wellness Center. We offer a variety of volunteer roles:
- Program assistance (preparing supplies, supporting participants, co-leading programs)
- Program Facilitator, Virtual Coffee Chat (position currently filled)
- Co-lead an online weekly social group for people with memory loss
- Program Facilitator, Virtual Caregiver Forum
- Co-lead an online weekly support group for family caregivers
- Dementia Friends Champion
- Be trained to offer 1-hour dementia awareness sessions in King County
- Program Facilitator, Virtual Coffee Chat (position currently filled)
- Clinic support (preparing mailings, resource packets)
- Outreach (representing MBWC programs and services at community events)
- Advisory Group (providing feedback on programs and services)
- Volunteering at the Memory Hub, our community center
- Other, based on your skills and interests
