In order to reserve a space at the ECC, you must first submit an online request through the Reservation Request Form. This represents a request ONLY and does not guarantee you a space. The information you provide will be used to determine whether we are able to accommodate your request.
Please review our Reservations Policies and Procedures before submitting a reservation request. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance for the Center and three weeks in advance for the Theatre.

Once your request has been submitted, please wait for an email response from the ECC Reservations Office (email@example.com). Requests are processed within 7-10 business days. Please enter your email address carefully and check your email frequently for messages from the Reservations Office. If you do not receive a response or to check on the status of your request, please email the Reservations Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 206.221.3241.
A request is necessary not only to provide you the best suitable space, but also for correct documentation and statistical reporting to our funding source. Please read further about our funding source at the Services & Activities Fee Committe website: http://depts.washington.edu/safcom/ All required forms must be approved before your reservation may be finalized! Please do not begin to advertise your event until the reservations office has finalized and approved your event!
Please note that the ECC does not advertise your event for you and that staff are often uninformed about any costs for attendance and other general information about your event (i.e. name of performers, types of refreshments, or precise schedule of event).
