Janet Rojina, MPH, is a research coordinator on the UW ADRC Outreach, Recruitment and Engagement (ORE) team. She was born and raised in a little town in southern Oregon. She has two supportive sisters and is the daughter of two loving immigrants from Mexico. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University where she double majored in Biology and Public Health. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Janet went on and earned a master's in public health degree from the Yale School of Public Health. As a research coordinator for UW ADRC ORE team, Janet actively helps build partnerships with community members from minoritized or underrepresented groups, provides education about brain health, and shares UW ADRC research opportunities with community members.
