Michelle Kim, PhD, provides clinical care through the UW Medicine Regional Epilepsy Center and the UW Medicine Memory and Brain Wellness Center. She enjoys working with a wide range of patient populations and has specialized in working with patients with epilepsy and memory disorders. She works closely with other medical providers to perform the most comprehensive evaluation and care possible for each patient and their specific medical concerns. She has also specialized in working with patients from a multicultural perspective.

Dr. Kim earned her B.S. from the University of Washington and her Ph.D. from Fuller School of Psychology. She completed her internship at the Tampa James A. Haley VA Hospital and her postdoctoral fellowship at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School, specializing in adult neuropsychology.

Clinical Interests: Neuropsychological evaluation for neurological injury or disease; Epilepsy; Neurodegenerative disorders; Traumatic brain injury; Multicultural neuropsychological evaluations. Research Interests: Neuroprotective and risk factors of aging; Neurodevelopmental effects of antiepileptic medications; Symptom validity testing; Cognitive versus psychological impacts of mild traumatic brain injury.
