Intake Process -- General

Intake Process

All individuals who would like to receive services at the UW Autism Center need to register for services.

Due to licensing rules, we can only provide service for clients who are located in Washington State at the time of service.

NOTE: Currently our Tacoma branch is not offering ABA services, and neither site is offering adult (18+) diagnostic evaluations at this time.

If you would like to confirm that we have received your registration, or have questions about registering, please contact the Intake Office at (206) 616-8642 or our Tacoma clinic at (253) 692-4711, or email us at uwautism@uw.edu.

Please use the sections below for more information.

If you are a provider and you would like to refer clients to the UW Autism Center, please note that all clients must still complete the registration form. Scheduling

Our waitlist is not a guarantee of services. Wait times greatly vary.

When services become available, a Patient Navigator will contact you.

They will review your insurance coverage, collect your insurance cards, records, and other required paperwork prior to scheduling.
