HEALTH EDUCATION WORKSHOPS

One hour sessions every quarter on various health topics, such as Health Insurance, Food & Nutrition, and Mental Health Awareness, to increase healthy behaviors amongst students. Suggestions on health topics and ideas are encouraged!

LET’S TALK

A program that connects UW students with support from experienced counselors from the Counseling Center and Hall Health. No appointments necessary. Let’s Talk is currently virtual, and UW students can now get support from a counselor from the comfort of their own homes during scheduled times.
