Non-Tech in Tech Mentorship Program (Fall Quarter 2025)

Non-Tech in Tech Mentorship Program (Fall Quarter 2025)

Industry Mentorship Programs are a great way for students to learn about an industry and explore professional development topics through small group mentoring (4-6 students per mentor). Through regular meetings, participants will gain insight and guidance about a particular industry, explore topics related to professional preparation, networking and feedback, and reflect on how their experiences and interests can translate to a career in the field.  This is NOT an internship program or experiential learning program. The heart of this program lies in career discussions between an industry professional and a small group of students.

Curious about Seattle’s tech scene, but don’t want to work in software engineering or data science? Tech companies require a broad range of skill sets and roles to function. Join this program to learn how your skills, strengths and interests can translate into a non-technical career in tech.  Students will indicate areas of interest within tech during the application process:

  • Customer Service / Account Management / Sales
  • Human Resources / Recruiting
  • Marketing / Communications / Social Media
  • Project, Program, or Product Management
  • Finance / Entrepreneurship / Operations

Apply for this fall quarter program by May 23rd.
