TRIO SSS Biology Peer Study Group: Every Tuesday 3:30 – 5 PM PST, starting January 19th!

Our Biology Instructors, Patricia & Gordon, wanted to reach out to TRIO students taking the Intro Bio Series (180, 200, & 220) this quarter and form a TRIO Bio Peer Study Group. This will be a virtual space during this remote learning time where you can meet and study with TRIO peers in the same bio class, work on class assignments together, and/or ask questions about content or study skills.

How it works: Patricia & Gordon created a Zoom room to meet weekly, linked below. There, we can have break-out rooms based on subject matter or however you want to work together. Gordon and Patricia will be there to answer any questions that come up or not. Note: You don’t have to have questions – you can just use this as a set virtual space to meet and work with fellow TRIO biology classmates.

Hours: This Zoom room will be open every Tuesday 3:30 – 5pm PT starting next week (Jan 19) for the whole quarter. Stop by for the full time or just part of it. If you can’t make this time, email Patricia at pzagallo@uw.edu and we’ll work something out.
