Come together on Zoom for educational talks designed for individuals and families living with Primary Progressive Aphasia/Primary Progressive Apraxia of Speech. Offered in partnership by the UW Speech and Hearing Sciences Department, UW Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, and UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center. 

3 - 4 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2026 PPA/PPAOS Foundations – with Jeanne Gallée, PhD, CCC-SLP. An overview of PPA/PPAOS, including its causes, symptoms, and treatment approaches, plus a review of PPA/PPAOS resources available through the University of Washington.

3 - 4 p.m. Monday, August 17, 2026 PPA/PPAOS Research Update – with Jeanne Gallée, PhD, CCC-SLP. Discover the latest research on PPA/PPAOS, including findings from the recent international PPA Conference.

3 - 4 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2026 Tools for your Toolbox – with Leslie Kot, CCC-SLP, and Megan Caldwell, CCC-SLP Explore supports for living with PPA/PPAOS with an emphasis on helpful communication strategies.
